I think it's Laverne and Shirley but not sure...there is a scene where a female is putting whip cream on oreo cookies as hor dourves (appetizers) for a small party? that is all i can remember.

I know, not much info. I think it's L&S...for some reason I see Laverne doing that and Shirley being herself saying how cheap that is...damn!!!! i wonder if that's where I seen that from.
