Has your radio D.J ever said anything corny relating to the song about to play/that just played?

I have a few.

One radio station(during a hurricane aftermath) said about Gloria Estefan's "Coming Out Of The Dark", "Some people have still not come out of the dark yet."

The same radio station D.J said about a song called, 'Fool If You Think It's Over" by Chris something during the same aftermath, "You're a fool if you think this nightmare is over."

Another radio station said about Greg Kihn's Jeopardy, "I'm going to play Alex Trebek's favorite show"

The same radio station announcer(who is a male) said about Don Henly's All She Wants To Do is Dance, " All she wants to do is dance and make romance. Sounds good to me":crazy:

Gee I remember back in the day, when we thought DJ's were so cool. Anyway this is one example as to why they are becaming a dying species. Yeah alot of time I wish they would just tell us who sang the song, and leave it at that, but a lot of DJ's think they are comedians, and want to have a personality that some hollywood mogal will make them the next Ryan Seacrest.puke: ohno:

And this is another reason why you no longer have DJ's that are on the air for more than a year or two, they lose people because of the corny things they say and do.

One of the reasons why I miss Howard Stern in the morning.;)
