I have a coupe of songs that have false endings.
In Total Eclipse Of The Heart, after the song plays for about 2 minutes and 50 seconds, Bonnie makes it seem like she is done with the song, making it seem like a very short song. She's not done yet, though it sounds like the end. The next seconds the music sounds like ocean waves crashing on rocks, then more music plays, and she resumes singing and the song ends at 5 minutes and 31 seconds. That's what you call a good fake-out!:D ;) :p
In Man In The Mirror, Michael sings the song and he suddenly gets softer and takes a dramatic pause, making it seem like the end, and then he/backup singers sing more of the song. Good fakeout too, Michael and CO!:D :p ;)
