I would want to live next door to Mindy Cohn in California. Me and her have lots in common, and we could become friends.

I most certainly would not live anywhere near Los Angeles. Some much smog polution too many people so rude and disrepectful. Plus i am not trying to die of cancer or trying to get gun down or having road rage. Because once you live here long enough to see that L.A. isn't all it's cracked up to be you might not want to live here in the city for too long. So with all that being sai I'd probly live somewhere peacful with a beuatiful veiw. So England, Germany, or on the east coast.

I'd like to visit LA, but I think you're right ILoveJo&Blair, I most certainly wouldn't want to live there. I'm a midwest girl. Kansas City and Indianapolis are nice.

I'd live in Canada. To be specific, Prince Edward Island. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

Scotland, to get back to my roots. Or even London. I've always wanted to at least visit there.

And why do so many people want to live here in California? It's too damn expensive!

*Opportunity does not knock, and then ring the doorbell, and then knock again, and then leave a note that says, "Sorry I missed you" and then call you on the phone.*
Stephanie: Nice move. Did you make that up?
Tony: Yeah, well I saw it on TV first, then I made it up.

I am fairly open in where I would want to live. I have visited just about every contiguous state except New England, AZ, NV, and NM which gives me a fairly wide perspective. I love St. Louis and Oregon. Those are my top choices. I'm going to be looking at the job market in the next year and I can safely say the only places I would not live in would be the deep south (can't handle 130 degree heat indices) or really far north because of the extreme cold. I don't even want to visit LA. I love the Bay Area and Napa where my Grandpa and aunts and uncles live, but have absolutely no interest in LA. We'll see where I'm living next year!

Ideally, I think living in France would be best. I tell ya, them French people have their priorities straight...35 hour work weeks with a minimum of 5 weeks paid vacation a year required by law. Plus over there, more of an emphasis is placed on free time and job security, instead of just $ $ $ like it is here in the U.S.

And the French economy is sort of a mix of capitalism and socialism. The State pays for alot of things, like child care for working parents, and you get a minimum of 4 months maternity leave, up to 8 months if you breast feed. There is also universal health care.

And there are at least 7 political parties instead of a narrow minded strangle-hold of 2 political parties.

And let's not forget all that delicious cuisine, and the romance of Paris, the excitement of Monaco, the tranquility of all those little villages.

Ah France, je t'adore!

And please, don't take my comments as anti-American. I still really like America, I just really want to go to France! But since I will probably never actually live in France, I would pick....

...well, I really don't know. All I know for sure is that I want to live someplace in the country, but within an hour's driving distance of a major metropolitan area.

NYC is one of the coolest places in the world. I also love the south, but being a city girl, I'd need to live in a metropolitain area down there, like Atlanta or New Orleans.

On the other hand, you could not pay me enough to live in LA. Not for a million dollars.

NYC... But personally LA... The rudeness works well with me, and road rage is fine. Ill deal with the guns. Id move there for 1 buck.
