WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED AT THE END OF THE MOVIE?!!!!!!

It ended with the doctor who first alerted the Government about it going to Nambia(or somewhere in Southern Africa) and finding everyone dead. It was a new strain or something, and then it was over.
