Bon Scott or Brian Johnson?
The Scott era had many good songs, but I prefer the Brian Johnson times.
Why? In three simple words: Who Made Who?

This is a tough question. Both Scott and Johnson eras had a number of classic albums. Let There Be Rock, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap and Highway To Hell for Scott. Back In Black, For Those About To Rock We Salute You and Fly On The Wall (a very underrated album) for Johnson. Since I HAVE to pick just one I am going to pick Brian Johnson.

I SAW Bon Scott with AC/DC in 1978 open for Ted Nugent in Seattle!!!!! But odd as it may seem, many people in the audience didn't get AC/DC, for some reason they thought they were a "punk" band. I thought they were really good, I had never seen them before, but they had a tight rock sound, really punchy to-the-point songs, a really decent kick, but I kept wondering, "that little guy on guitar in the schoolboy outfit isn't going to take off all his clothes, is he??"
It's kind of odd, though, when AC/DC started, not until 1979 did their sound mature, when they got Mutt Lange to produce them, and that's when they really took off. Brian Johnson is a great vocalist, but why their future albums after For Those About to Rock weren't "classics" is rather strange. They were very consistent, and rocked.
