What is the deal with SBTB airing six days a week? Becker is a funny show and it should not be pushed to the wee hours of the morning. I did not even know the Parent Hood was still airing on TBS. Well, I better set the VCR and tape what is left of the series run.

I think they should be showing back to back epiosdes of Mama's Family and drop an episode of TBS' most loved show Saved by the Bell.

Why are there shows being shown back to back episodes twice in one day?On ABC Family,Full House is being shown @ 12-1 and 3-4.Now you got Saved By The Bell on TBS @ 7-8 and 12-1.Just let shows be back to back for one hour a day:rolleyes:

I don't think there is anything wrong with SBTB. I just feel that 6 airings is going a little overboard.

so you are saying that you honestly gave Bosom Buddies a chance, and yet you would still rather watch 6 back-to-back episodes of Saved By the Bell (which also airs countless other times daily) than 2 episodes of BB a WEEK?

Maybe if SBTB keeps showing all the time people will finally be sick of it. I am surprised that no one is totally sick of it now-it has been on tbs forever. It needs to go!!!!! Do you think tbs will ever have something different on? I think cable channels are going in the wrong direction but that is just me. Bring on the Big Valley, Rawhide and the Wild Wild West!!! Now those are good shows.

Sounds to me like Cartoon Network is trying to go the Noggin/The-N route, airing kid friendly animated shows in the morning and afternoon and then more adult stuff at night... we'll see how it works out for them.
And I do like Saved by the Bell but wow, 6 airings a day..

How long has that show been on TBS? I have SOME really old tapes from as early as 1997 and SBTB was airing then.

It started in 1992 I think. Has been renewed a few times obviously. It is expiring after August of this year, wonder if they'll renew again?

Yeah, SBTB has been on TBS since 1992. I don't even think it's been off the air ONCE since then.
And to add, Mama's Family has been on TBS since 1997, so that's going on nine, soon to be ten years if it's renewed.
But remember also, Bewitched ran on TBS for 15 years and Gilligan's Island was forever on TBS, so...
SBTB must still get some pretty damn good ratings for TBS to want to air it so much.

Two or three times a day for Saved by the Bell would be nice. I don't think people have the time to sit through three hours of Saved by the Bell. I'm taping Mama's Family, hopefully I can get the whole series before Fall.

Wow, SBTB has been getting so much love this year. LOL
The show has never been so accessible. Mornings and afternoons on TBS, nights on Adult Swim, primetime on local L.A. TV, and 24/7 on iTunes and DVD. Wow.

SBTB is so overplayed why not air its sister show California dreams for 1 out of the 2 morning hours of Saved by the bell. That would bring saved by the bell and California dreams back together again

Since you Brought up TNBC Could you please tell me What did T Stand for in TNBC.
TNBC = Teen NBC
in other words, it was the Block of shows that aired from 9-12 on saturdays (10-1 in some areas, 7-8, 10-12 in others, and even 8-11 in some areas) on ones local NBC station. TNBC has since been discontinued in favor of Discovery Kids on NBC airing in the same time slot.

I think TBS should have aired Saved By The Bell The New Class as well
TBS airing SBTB:TNC in addition to the regular one would make the six airings per day much more practical.
Mrgman

TNC is a good idea

Step down, haters.
SBTB is God-like. If TBS wants to air 48 daily viewings, then let them!! You won't see me standing in the way.
That is all. Thank you.
