With Eve's "past" I am so surprised UPN even gave this person her own show

The pic that circulated of her that is approximately from 8 years ago was certainly Eve. She couldn't deny it especially with her statement:

I used to strip so it could be me or it could not be me." That's what Eve told the NY Daily News recently when questioned about nude pictures of her being circulated by a blackmailer.

I would think that UPN would have pulled the plug on this show before it was even shown.

What are the chances for this show to remain on UPN with the ratings so far?
