I still can't believe Mandisa is gone. Mandisa leaving before Ace is robbery. I think Ace did well last night, but IMO, this was his only good performance, and Mandisa's performance yesterday was her only bad performance. I predicted Mandisa getting 4th place at the very least. I thought it was either going to be a Chris and Mandisa, or a Chris and Katharine finale.

2) She's getting sympathy votes because of that sob story about her family.
3) She's perky.

If she makes the top three, I swear I'll jump off a bridge. And if she wins, I might as well let myself get hit by a big rig truck.We don't need any more Idols named Kellie - We already have one. Ugh...some people praise her like she's a golden goddess, but I think she is friggin annoying. Yeah, I do like her performances most of the time and she has a good voice, but seriously, why the heck do you guys like her? She's friggin dumb and her voice is nothing compared to everyone else on the show (Well...at least she's better than Bucky.) :lol: .

I strongly believe that these are the only reasons why she is still in the competition:
1) She's "the hot all-American girl."
2) She's getting sympathy votes because of that sob story about her family.
3) She's perky.

Even though her voice isn't that great. Thought this was a talent competition, not Miss America. -_-

If she makes the top three, I swear I'll jump off a bridge. And if she wins, I might as well let myself get hit by a big rig truck.We don't need any more Idols named Kellie - We already have one. Her last name's Clarkson. We also don't need any more blonde country singers to take hold of the title again. You know Carrie Underwood? Yeah...that's all Idol needs in that area. I'd much rather see Katharine McPhee in the top three, although I want to see two guys in the finale. I'm sick of America only voting for pretty faces as American Idol.

I agree with you 120%! At least there are a few people in this world who see past the act she is putting on. SHE IS NOT THAT DUMB!!!!! FOR REAL. IT IS AN ACT. And a lot of the stuff she says is complete crap, like the "Oh hehehehehehehe I've never sang in front of a real audience before!" Yeah, except she won a bunch of beauty pageants and whatnot and had to perform in front of people there! There is photographic and newspaper evidence of that. And she laughs at Simon's "minx" comment as if it were something cute. I knew that after he said it, it had a little something to do with sex or sex appeal... but here, here is the definition of minx, from dictionary.com.

Yeah...Kellie lied about not singing in front of people. In fact, I think she was even on a local TV talent competition! Like WTF, and she's acting like she's never done it before. :rolleyes:

To tell the truth though...I didn't know what a minx was either. But like you, I knew it was something having to do with sex though...If only she listened to the context of it when Simon said she was "a NAUGHTY little minx." :lol:

And eh...she's a good performer and vocalist. And yes, I do feel bad about her family. But as a person, yes, she is still very annoying and I think why she's making it so far is for shallow and superficial reasons.

Again, I'm really sorry if I offended you...but you have to realize that if you're a celebrity, you put yourself out there for the public to evaluate you. Kellie is WAAAYY out there and I believe I have the right to criticize and chastise her as much as any other contestant on the show. That's what a forum is for...to debate. So that means you also have the right to convince me as to why I should like her, shouldn't make fun of her, etc. (Although that wouldn't happen for a while, LOL)

It's not like I complete dislike her as a person...I'm not like "OMFG I HATE KELLIE PICKLER THAT GIRL SHOULD 2TALLY GO 2 HELL OMG!!!!!!!!1" I just really dislike the way she acts and the fact that she could be getting votes for all the wrong reasons.
