I was lucky enough to be on both shows on Wednesday Night, and crazily they were both on at the same time. Anyone watch them regularly? And do you think they'll get renewed? Thanks, Bruno http://brunoamato.blogspot.com/

Congrats, but I would rather pull my teeth out than watch either. Sorry.

Freddie beat Alex in the ratings. The episode of Freddie was the highest rated episode since December--so good job there. Thanks to the crossover with George Lopez. But Courting Alex was the lowest rated Alex episode to date.

I say Freddie has a 50/50 chance to come back next season. Probably depends on the sitcom pilots. Jim, George have a better chance than Freddie to return. Hope & Faith and Freddie are both at 50/50.

Courting Alex is gone I think. CBS has no real spots left on their schedule for the fall, and I think only a 25% chance this will return. They already have a spot for one new sitcom for the fall called, The Class. Old Christine is very likely to return.

I prefer Freddie over Courting Alex, but neither one is THAT great IMO. I think a lot of people watched GL and Freddie last week because of the crossover, although, with Alex so low-rated last week, ABC beating CBS could become a regular thing for the rest of the season if CBS doesn't change something. Alias is returning in 3 weeks to the slot for the final episodes, and I can see it doing better than the comedies now.
