A lot of people hate clowns, which at least in the movies they sometimes are very mean. John Casey dressed as a clown to get kis, awful person. Steven King's It had a clown, evil clown that tomented the children even when they were adults it tormented them,The clown in Poltergiest, where Robbie wasat the end of the movie and the clown almost killed him,Freaky, and Fear Of Clowns which I did not see all through, but what of I saw was this clown was killing familys. But,there are funny clowns Bozo, which I geuss thats the only good clown. Krusty The Clown from The Simpsons sometimes he does good, but, mostly he's it it for him self and his side kick Side Show Bob, which is really not a clown but, mabe he wants to be one. Then there was Clownhouse a 80's horror movie, where these three kids are trying to escape from the three evil clowns in there house. The guy who directed this was put away in jail for child molestting or something to do with kids in real life. And who can for get Clowns from plaent nine, I think that was the title. But the most evil clown was "IT" Clown he did a excellent job, and I know his name.but can't think of it. Then Beatlejuice acted like a clown Then on a episode of Mary Tyler Moore this tv clown died and Mary went to his funeral and started laughing, great tv moment.

You forgot Clarabell Hornblow, the clown on the classic HOWDY DOODY show.
He wasn't really bad, just mischievous. He was the first clown on national television, having made his debut on NBC in February 1948. He was played by Bob Keeshan (1948-1953; later became better
known as Captain Kangaroo). He was replaced by Bobby Nicholson (until 1955), who in turn was
replaced by Lew Anderson (1955-1960).

Bozo didn't appear on television until 1951 and was based on a character created for Capitol
Records by Alan Livingston (often erroneously attributed to Larry Harmon,
who later purchased the rights to the character, supplied the voice in the
cartoons produced by Harmon and even wore a Bozo costume sometimes).

I remember when I read It by Stephen King back in 1996. I remember reading the last 100 pages in one sitting. It was really early in the morning. I remember thinking that Pennywise was going to jump out of my closet at any moment.

I know, I used to watch the movie ALL THE TIME... its gotta be one of my all time favs. It didnt make me afraid of clowns... it made me paranoid around drains in the sink/bathtub for the rest of the night. I started reading that book a long time ago, but I lost it.
