I hope when they remaster the lost eps., they make the picture of these keniscopes more clear then before, like the C eps. Come on now they have the technology to do it.
I also hope the add the 1957 trip to Europe eps., I never seen those before.:cool:

I'd like to see MPI re-release the "Lost Episodes" by season, 1952-1953, 1953-1954, etc. with additional Gleason material. I think MPI's focus is on the color shows right since, and who can blame them since the '50s shows are available right now. Once the color shows have been released, then their focus is back to the originals.

Since MPI is a specialty label, I know they have a lot of different things like movies, documentaries, TV shows, etc. But, except maybe for the Dark Shadows releases, I am willing to say that The Honeymooners are their biggest product.

I'm sure the re-mastered versions will be better than the previous, but keep in mind that they will never look as good as the Classic 39 since the C-39 were shot directly onto 35mm film and there were camera negatives available to make new copies from. The 16mm kinescopes was a crude form of recording directly off of a TV screen of a live broadcast. I'm sure they will look much better though when they are re-done.
