Apprentice: Carolyn or Ivanka?

I know we haven't seen much of Ivanka yet this season, but who do you prefer? And no, I don't mean looks wise. I prefer Carolyn by far. Ivanka will be replacing Carolyn several more times this season, and I'm not too pleased about it.

I thought Ivanka was pleasant enough. Just based on her alone, she didn't really bother me, but we're so used to Carolyn that it's tough to accept someone in Carolyn's place, even if it's just temporary.
