I've heard they colorized this episode for some Honeymooners special. Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, I remember seeing the colorized episode in the 1980s. As I remember, computer colorization was in its infancy at he time and the colorized "Glow Worm Cleaning" didn't look very good. The facial colors looked fake and whenever there was fast motion the color couldn't keep up with the object so you'd see a trail of color following what moved.

It was aired in the first of a handful of two-hour retrospectives of "Lost Episodes" highlights on which Mr. Gleason, Mr. Carney, Ms. Meadows and Ms. Randolph were each introducing the different segments. This special first aired in 1985. (The second was a holiday-themed special, with the Christmas and New Year's episodes which aired towards the end of 1953.)

Did they colorize the whole episode? And did they do this to any other episodes?

No, "Glow Worm Cleaning" was the only episode colorized - thank G-d.

I guess it must've been pretty bad huh?

I could imagine what it was like, especially since it was done in the 80's. I don't understand why they would choose "Glow Worm Cleaning" to colorize anyway. It was probably inaccurate as well, nobody can tell what color every single item in the room was. Unless they somehow had a color picture taken from that episode it's all up to speculation, in which case it should be left alone.
