Roger Kelloway composed the closing theme.

The opening theme, "Those Were the Days," is by Lee Strouse & Charles Adams.

It was also co-written by the show's star, Carroll O'Connor!

The closing theme is entitled "Remembering You."

Roger Kellaway recorded a version of theme on a CD of his, which I believe is still in print.

...originally composed the closing theme as an instrumental. Somehow, Carroll O'Connor got the idea to add lyrics to it, and it became "Remembering You".
I still prefer the instrumental version....
