If you're talking about the Dumont shows, I would guess that the Gleason estate has the rights to them. Unlike American Scene Magazine and the Color Honeymooners, they've never been licensed to a distributor. Paul Brownstein Productions is or was the distributor for those shows.

yes, the are talking about the Dumont episodes, with Pert Kelton as Alice. And, yes, they were shown on a special on THE DISNEY CHANNEL back in 1994 called "THE HONEYMOONERS-THE REALLY LOST EPISODES" that was rerun on TV LAND in 2000.

And, I've heard that a lot of them are in really bad shape, and may never get realeased, sadly.

LIke Bill said, they're in average shape for their age. You really can't expect much more from a kinescope. There are lots of old shows done in kinescope that have been released, so why not these? They could put all 7 on a single DVD and sell it for $12.00.

They can't digalty remaster Keinscopes, with all the technology that is out here?
