Harry Verderchi?

I was just looking through the Honeymooners Companion by Donna McCrohan and found something interesting. In the glossary it mentions "Harry Verderchi" as being a person Ralph thought Alice was cheating on him with in more than one episode. I don't clearly remember even one episode where this happens, does anyone else know anything about this? Could it possibly have been one of the older episodes?

It's possible that that "Harry Verderchi" gag was in the original 1957 "When in Rome" episode as well as 1966's "Confusion Italian Style" remake. (In the latter version, the boy who was Alice's chaperone in Rome was played by Jomar Cidoni. I'd known that from the 1967 Saturday Evening Post article about Gleason, long before I saw the episode itself.)
