This morning I bought my ticket (none of my friends like country music, so I am going alone) to see Martina McBride on her Timeless tour. :woohoo: She will be playing in Chicago on January 29. This is my first country concert and I am pretty excited.

Anyone else (besides Michael:lol: ) going to see Martina?

Unfortunately, I'm not getting to see her on the Timeless tour. There are no MI dates for it (at least not yet). Hopefully she'll come here on her summer tour. Congrats on getting to see her, though!!!! She's the most amazing person to see live. I will be seeing her in a few weeks, though, for a charity benefit concert. I was lucky and got front row! It will be my 6th time seeing her. I know you'll have a great time, and hopefully Sara will come your way soon! I hear she will be touring the first 6 months of next year, and then again in the fall!

I'm sorry you will not be able to see Martina on her Timeless your.:( At least you'll get to see her for the charity beneifit show. It it is really cool that you have first row seats. I have seen 20 concerts and never have I been any where near to the first row. Yeah, I do hope that Sara comes back to Chicago sometime next year. I also hope that it is only her. When she had the show here last month she was on the bill will two other artists. I would perfer that it be all Sara. Of course, Sara may not be at that level of popularity yet.

There was a MI date added today, but it's about 2 hours away and on a Sunday, so I doubt I'll go. I'm not too worried yet, though. I'm sure she'll add a bunch more dates in the summer since her girls will be out of school. This will actually be my second time seeing her from the first row. Sara's still on tour with Brad Paisley, and she will probably continue that next year for a bit, too. I'd still recommend going. She would still perform for about an hour, and Brad is pretty awesome live. Sugarland is opening for them right now, but I can't stand them. I think the lead singer has an awful voice. But Sara has headlined many tour dates in the past, so there's always a chance she will come solo.
