Karen was the best. Her hair was incredible. She had an attitude,who could blame her though,with all that gorgeous hair flowing down to her waist. With that ego,I'm surprised she didn't wear it even longer. She could have worn it down to her knees and pulled it off.

Tough call between Al (so gorgeous) and JT's girlfriend Sam (just as gorgeous).

If we're not counting looks I'd still go with Lakin. Great at comedy and drama, as evidenced in a repeat from last week where she did a great scene with Scott Foley (who would go on to play Noel on "Felicity").

Then when she told a jerky pervert that the only the person he's gone all the way with was himself! Ha, I laughed hard on that one!

I know what you mean. Christine became so pretty years later. Gosh, she(Al) was gorgeous and she became a lot sweeter. Not to mention she finally bonded with Karen and Dana.

I want to say I totally agree with all the CHRISTINE LAKIN fans out there. She really was hot during the last seasons. However, in terms of favorite character, I say Cody because he was the best at playing his character.

I always liked Angela Watson who played Karen the best. She was the prettiest and had a great voice when she did the episodes that dealt with singing. ALL the characters were funny and had their great insults, which made an all-star cast! This was one of the best shows ever!:happyface

I would say Frank is actually the best. Patrick Duffy is a guy you laugh at just by looking at him, he has that comical quality.

Cody was without a doubt my favorite character on Step by Step. He added a lot of light and comic relief to the show, so I really missed him when he left the series. As for the girls, I liked Dana the most because I admired her intelligence and her wisecracks too!
