I saw ALIEN in the theatre when I was 6 or 7 . . .and it scared the Hell out of me! Good movie, though. I also remember seeing JAWS and Smokey and the Bandit. All of those were R movies.

I remember watching "Stand By Me" at my old house so I was probably like 6 or 7, maybe younger. That's not PG-13- it's R! The only parts I remember are the train part and the leech part.
It wasn't until years later I actually watched the movie again and now it's one of my top 10 favorite movies!

I was ten when I saw "Death Wish" with Charles Bronson. I was so shocked at the rape scene and I was totally blown away with the part when Jeff Goldblum put a certain part somewhere he shouldn't have ( i am trying to keep this clean, anyone who has seen the movie knows what I am referring to).

I started watching all those Chuckie movies when I was really young. I was like three or four. I used to make my parents rent them because I liked them so much. Those movies kind of scare me now..

A Nightmare On Elm Street Part 2
I was 4 when it came out, and we had the VHS so I would watch it over and over.

I remember when I talked my parents into letting me watch Species when I was either 9 or 10 because someone else told me about it at school. My parents were pissed off after they watched the movie with me. I guess they didn't anticipate that there would be so much sex and nudity.

you know, my boyfriend never seen the movie, until it came on cable a year ago and he was shocked! it is a very hard scene to watch even now. you are right abt that!
then, there's Death Wish 2 with Charles Bronson's character having moved to Los Angeles only to have a similar gang-rape scene with two female characters. It was bad enough with the housekeeper, and whoa! it was Lawrence Fishburne who was part of this gang. Man two great actors: Jeff Goldblum and Lawrence Fishburne, both starting out their careers as thugs and rapists!!!! EEEEEEeeeeeekkkkkkkk!

Same here :) I grew up watching that movie...I was 4 when it debuted in 1986, so it played a lot on the t.v. throughout the years....the part where they show the dead body scarred me for years  Looking back on it now, I don't see how I could be scared by the sight of the dead boy's face, but as a kid, I guess things were different.
It's my favorite movie of all time, by the way.

I saw End of Days with Arnold Schwartznegger when I was ten. Very, very bloody and violent movie. And my dad left to use the bathroom during the one sex scene that was in the movie! I had to close my eyes cuz it was kinda graphic!

I remember seeing Jaws in the theatre when I was about 4. I went with my sister and brothers. I don't think my mom even knew what we were seeing otherwise she wouldn't have let me go. When we first got cable in 81 I was watching a lot of stuff that I should not have been watching at that age. I remember seeing Porkys, Stripes and a bunch of other R rated movies while my mom was in the other room.

There were some movies that I'm sure were rated PG-13 or R, that I saw when I was a kid, but I don't know the names of them and I only saw parts of them, anyway.

I saw the horror movie Suspiria when I was 7 years old at the theater. A pretty weird movie for a kid to see at that age.

I saw my first R rated movie at the age of six. My mom was watching Flashdance, and I watched through the crack of my door. The strip club scene is my most vivid memory of the movie, as it was the first time I ever saw a woman topless.

Isnt that every 6 year old's dream, seeing Jessica Biel topless by accident?

I've seen Poltergiest when I was like 5. I remember always seeing movies at home I probably was too young for. Every year since I can remember I've seen Christmas Vacation. I saw Jurassic Park and Ace Ventura when they came out and I was only 6.
In other news, I was at a 10 O'clock showing of Jarhead yesterday and there was a 3 year old child in the theater. I don't think you should take a child even close to that age to see an R rated movie in theater, or even anything for that matter until they sit still and its appropiate age but also especially not at a late showing.

I remember seeing Fast Times at Ridgemont High when I was 10. The scene where the girl and boy go into that room by the pool to have sex, and Phoebe Cates' famous topless scene sticks out the most in my mind. The last time I saw that movie was when I was 17 so I don't remember much about it.

My parents weren't sticklers for what my brothers and I could watch. So, I was allowed to view R rated movies since I could remember.
However, if my mom saw a sex scene that went too far (which occured maybe, three times), she told us to cover our eyes.
