Can't go wrong with the Soup Nazi. I also liked the one where they're waiting to eat at a Chinese restaurant. Classic Seinfeld.

I have so many favorites! But one of my favorites is the one where it's like Cuban Pride Day or something and Kramer accidentally burns the Cuban flag with his cigar! I also like the one where George gets kicked out of the Pastrami place that George Steinbrenner (his boss) makes him go to everyday! Well I could name so many more but I don't have time!

Has the Puerto Rican Day episode ever been broadcast since it aired on NBC?
As for my favorite episode, I would have to go with "The Invitations". That scene where George, Jerry, Elaine, and Kramer are at the hospital and the doctor tells them that Susan is dead is darkest comedic scene ever. Kramer saying "poor Lily" is pretty funny. And the last scene where George calls up Marisa Tomei to get a date right after that is hilarious.

My favorite is the one where Kramer and Newman are collecting aluminum cans and Newman's mail truck catches on fire.
I also like the one where Mary Hart's voice keeps giving Kramer a seizure.

Soup Nazi: 2 dollars!
George: 2 dollars for bread!
Soup Nazi: You want bread?
George: Yes Please.
Soup Nazi: 3 Dollars!
George: 3 dollars??
Soup Nazi: No soup for you!!

to Freakzilla - re: Puerto Rican parade episode... I do not believe that episode has ever been rebroadcast since its original telecast during the last few weeks of the series run. I'm disappointed about that myself, since I missed most of that episode when it aired. I remember everyone being stuck in traffic, but I missed the flag burning scene. Of course, after that happened, PR's everywhere were outraged...and I belive they forced the syndicator to withdraw the episode from the syndication package...which really pissed me off...I mean, as an American (who also happens to be Black), I can see our flag getting burned all over the world every night on the news...and PR's get upset because Kramer accidently sets fire to a PR flag?!?...I say, to Puerto Rican people everywhere, "Welcome to the big time, folks...you're flag's being burned? Join the club!". I'd love to see that episode again. Anyway, I'd heard that's what happened with that episode re: the PR people. Anyone who has further knowledge about that subject is welcome (and encouraged) to reply. Thanks!

Favorite episode? Got a few of 'em...
Let's see...
Soup Nazi
Bubble Boy
Marine Biologist
(I forget the name of) the episode where Kramer is maintaining a mile of a highway, picking up litter, etc. along his stretch. The episode ends with Newman driving his mail truck on that stretch of road while dragging a metal object, which cause sparks to fly, which ignites the spilled gasoline, and Newman cries out, "Oh the humanity".
I was always amazed with the writers' ability to link the four characters adventures together so humorously, and have it all tie together at the end...amazing, nothing else like it, ever!
I like "The Outing", "The Marine Biologist", "The Soup Nazi" and "The Lipreader".
I also like "the boyfriend".

The Kenny Rogers Roaster one is too funny... I remember the ending when Kramer is saying, "Kenny ... Kenny ... Kenny" over and over again pathetically.
And then you see Jerry lying in bed saying (scared) ... "Mr. Marbles?" as the pitter patter of feet go across his floor. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

I loved the episode where Jerry and Elaine are on a flight, and through a mixup, Elaine is forced to fly coach while Jerry is living it up in first-class. Humorously showing the class system at it's worst, Jerry is seated next to a gorgeous model and treated like a king while Elaine's getting treated like a dog by a rude steward.
The subplot of George and Kramer picking them up at the ariport is classic. George taunting the convict in the airport store is classic as is him being dragged into the airport restroom by the convict. Kramer running on the airway was a side-splitter, and the final closeup of George screaming just had me rolling on the floor.

Ok this is a hard one but I have two favorite eps. The first one is when Jerry is trying to buy a new car and Elaine is helping him because he is buy the car from her boyfriend and George is hungry so he went to the vending machine to buy a twix but it got stuck when it was comming out and then the Janitor got it and it was the last twix and George goes nuts over it and Kreamer and this Car salesmen are test driving this car to see how far they can drive on a tank of gas. The other ep is the one where Georges Soon to be wife has this doll collection and one of the dolls looks like Georges mom. I just love it when George takes the doll with him in the dinner and he heres the doll talking to him in his head that is so funny!

That episode isn't banned in the UK. I've seen that episode twice - on both satalite and network TV. It's not that big of a deal here cos there are very few Puerto Rican people in the United Kingdom. Even so, I don't really understand why that episode was banned. It wasn't like Kramer burned the flag deliberatley. This is just a classic case of people overreacting.
'The Puerto Rican Day' is actually one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes.

It is a difficult one to chose because there are so many classics. My top two would probably be The Outing and Contest. The Outing is absolutley hilarious Sein at it's very best so many great scenes.
Sharon: Do your parents know?
Jer: Know what?
George: my parents? they don't know whats going on.
The Contest as outstanding Larry David is a genuis to write that ep and not use the m word was just a masterstroke. As julia louis dreyfus said thats the reason why it worked.
In fact the fourth season was probably my fav but I enjoyed them all. I think the critics were far too harsh aboutthe final season it had some very inovative eps.
They were far too critical of he finale. What were ppl expecting? The greatest ep of all time c'mon you couldn' expect that. the show was all about wrapping things up and thats what Sein with a very satisfying endind. I'm from Dublin Ireland and it's not very popular here. They just don't get the humour and they prefer the ghastly Friends.
I just need Chinese Restaurant and gymnast to complete the tape collection.

Definitely "The Merv Griffin Show"

I liked the "Bosco" episode where that was George's ATM PIN # and he refused to tell anyone. He told Peterman's mother on her death bed and she repeated the word several times and died.
I also liked the "shrinkage" episode.
And the episode where Kramer feeds beef-a-rino to the horse Rusty and has to smell the results. This is also the episode where Jerry steals the marble rye from the old woman.
I also liked the episode where David Putty was a face painter and he was obsessed with "the Devils!!!"
And I loved it when George worked for Play Now and pretended to be handicapped just for the bathroom and preferrential treatment.

The cutest female sitcom characters had to be Justine Bateman from Family Ties and Lydia Cornell from Too Close for Comfort!

My favorite episode would have to be "The Visa". Seeing Jerry act depressed the way he did around the asian attorney was something different for that character and very funny. The stories involving Babu and Kramer at the fantasy camp were great too. Also, George blowing the relationship with Ping's cousin at the end by spilling his guts was also a great scene which lead to the final scene where Ping tells Elaine that the lawsuit is back on. Thanks

I LIKED MOST OF THEM, so it's difficult to pick the best one. However of the top of my head:
"The Contest"
"Soup Nazi"
"The Outing"
I was pretty dissapointed with the finale. But I realized that after all these years they couldn't possibly up with a "best episode ever". Also I think the expectations were way to high for the finale.
Over all to me "Seinfeld" was the best sitcom ever (closely followed by "Perfect Strangers"), and George the best character.
