hey everyone.
Me Mike here i just thought of something u know about tv shows being copied to one another well i got perfect example of this.u know on classic sitcome All in the Family when Edite invited Jeffersons over to supper which stopped Archie from going out to a nicks game.well same think happend on married with childern piolt u see Peggy invited Marcy and steve over to meet them and make friends which stopped Al Bundy from going to a basketball game.just bad case of tv shows being recyceled and trying make us think we never saw it before.what other shows have done this

well, there's of course, that plot that's been done on a zillion shows about the pregnent woman going into labor before she's due, and one or two people (usaully strangers) with very little or no medical experience, ends up delivering the baby-and of course mother & child are both perfectly healthy!
And it always seems to happen during a dinner party, or in a crowded resturant, or a crowded elevator, or something.

On an episode of The O.C in the 1st season,it showed Marissa jumping on Ryan while on his bed and started kissing him and told him that they should just go back and forget what Oliver did to their relationship. On the premire of the 3rd season premire,it showed Haley jumping on Nathan while on his bed and told him that they forget her going on tour with Chris and go back to their happy marriage. Both guys didn't forgive them for what they did(I don't know why because they're both hot and they dramatically ask their men for forgiveness:rolleyes: .I would've forgave them:D ).

I realized the other night that Full House stole a scenario from Night Court. Pregnant Wife goes into labor/Husband has an attack of Appendicitis at the same time.
Mac and Quon Le on Night Court and Jesse and Becky on Full House.

there was an episode of "Cheers" once where Sam lent Diane some money, and instead of paying him back, she seemed to be going on a "spending spree".
On an episode of "Frasier" once, they had the same thing happen, between Frasier and Roz.
Once on "Make Room for Daddy/The Danny Thomas show" his oldest daughter and her friend were in charge of putting on a play for their high school, and the principal objected because he thought it was "immorial", someone said in another thread that that same plot was used later on "The Andy Griffith show" and "The Doris Day show".
Carl Reiner based an episode of "The Dick Van Dyke show" on the plot from the pilot. Years later, he did it again with an episode of "The New Dick Van Dyke show".
This dosen't really count, but there was an episode of "Taxi" that was set to air, then NBC canncelled it. They used the story for an episode of "Cheers".

I don't know the name of it; but on "Cheers" it was the one where Diane became "Miss Boston Barmaid". On "Taxi" Elaine got some award for being a female cab driver, or something.
