Shows (Past or Present) that you can't get into!

Ok these are some shows I don't really like, I've tried watching but I can't get into it.

Grace Under Fire - My sister loves this show. I watch it once in a while, but I just can't get into it.

WKRP in Cincinnati - I know it's a classic show and I've watched it before on N@N. But nothing keeps me coming back. I'm still rooting for it to come to DVD for the many, many fans it has, though.

Just Shoot Me! - I bought the DVD and just wasn't impressed. It has a nice cast but (to me) nothing else going for it.

Murphy Brown - It has a great cast, wonderful stories, yet there's just something about the show that makes me not care if I miss it. I just don't care about the show enough to watch it on a regular basis.

That's So Raven! - I've seen it a couple times. It's a nice show for kids or teens but being a big sitcom lover, it's very low on the totem pole in my opinion. It has a nice cast but not a show I can get into.

I couldn't get into "Bewitched" during it's entire N@N run. It wasn't until the DVD earlier this year when I became a fan of the show.

i never could get into everybody loves raymond it was ok i just couldnt get into it week after week also murphy brown and whos the boss just didnt hold my interest

Just about all the current popular "reality" programs like Survivor, American Idol, etc.

They bore me to tears.

It's been mentioned above, but I will also say Everybody Loves Raymond. I know it was a big hit, and it ran for what, 9 seasons, but I have probably watched only a handful of episodes.

Wow! At first I thought I was reading the thread about unrecognized shows that you think should be recognized. I read your post and I was shocked. I figured you didn't like those shows. I was relieved to notice this is the "Shows you can't get into" thread. :lol:

BTW, The Nanny and Hope & Faith would both go on my list as well. Except I counted shows that I don't hate, just don't like either. Those two shows I hate.

I know, I know, I don't know why! I used to love it when I was growing up in the late 60s and early 70s, and a local station used to show it on weekday afternoons. (that's when I first discovered it).And I used to watch it sometimes on N@N/TV LAND. But now, I just think it's so stupid!

The later episodes of "Happy Days"-by later, I mean when it became "The Fonzie show" and they added that AWFUL live audience.
My sister loves the entire series, and I've tried watching a few of the later episodes, but I just can't get into them.

Most new shows that have come out in the last 5 years, dramas and comedies included. The only ones I can't include are the crime dramas on CBS. I watched How I Met Your Mother last Monday night and I just thought it was dull and annoying. For some reason, I ended up watching Cuts the other night and omg...how is that still on the air? Shannon Elizabeth is a terrible actress. And I couldn't get into Desperate Housewives either. It's just too over the top for me I guess.

I never could get into Bewitched. I Dream of Jeannie was more entertaining to me.

Out Of The New Shows I absolutely despise "How I Met Your Mother", I like all the other cbs sitcoms. I like every sitcom on NBC except for "Joey", that's worse than Friends. ABC's current sitcoms are a joke.
