I was watching HEADLINERS & LEGENDS: WITH HOST MATT LAUER profiling the famous and adorable Bill Bixby. And, Roseanne was interviewed and she couldn't say enough great things about Bill Bixby. How exactly did Roseanne Barr know Bill Bixby?Did they ever work together and if so on what?

He either produced or directed a tv movie that she and 2nd ex husband, Tom Arnold were in. It was called Backfield In Motion.
I've never seen it but I watched a profile on Bill Bixby and that's how I found that out. I think he directed that. It was about either football or soccer. That's how they met him.
