Does anyone know the stars of hit shows that were eventually rewarded with becoming Executive Producer of their own show after a certain time?

Holly Marie Combs and Alyssa Milano became executive producers on Charmed in season 4 (Shannen Doherty also received equal ownership but she had left by then), Rose McGowan was given the option to become one in season 7 (her fourth season) but turned it down.

Sarah Jessica Parker also became an executive producer on Sex And The City in the fourth year.

James Arness was not the executive producer but he was associate producer from 1959-1961 on Gunsmoke.

larry hagman became co executive producer of dallas in 1986 and bob barker has been executive producer of the price is right for quite a while now

In the last few seasons of Murphy Brown, Candice Bergen was credited as an executive producer. I don't know offhand when that started, but it was after Diane English left the show.

David Hasselhoff became an executive producer of Baywatch starting in Season 2 when the show moved from NBC to syndication. He would only agree to return to star in the syndicated version if he was given creative input (becoming an executive producer) and a large paycheck.
