They're Back
Starring Bob Saget and Annie Potts as a happily married Connecticut couple who have two 20-something daughters, who have both recently moved back into their old family home. Mitch Stasiak (Bob Saget) is the meat department manager at the local grocery store. Mitch's loving wife, Janet Stasiak (Annie Potts) is a travel agent. Mitch and Janet's lovely two daughters: Morgan, 24 (Alyson Hannigan) and Krystle, 20 (Lynsey Bartilson). Morgan is a college graduate with a Marketing degree, who left the home to move to New York for a job offer. Morgan got the job, then fell in love and got engaged. She had the perfect life, until one day-when her boss demotes her (which insults her enough to quit); also that same week, her fiancee calls off the engagement (due to the fact, he wants to get married to someone else.) Morgan's younger sister, Krystle moved back home after moving out and into a dorm for college. Yet when Krystle and her dependent boyfriend, Dylan Peserik (Bret Harrison) find out that she's pregnant, Krystle decides to dropout of college and move back home. Yet Krystle and Dylan are now living in the family's basement-apartment, but they haven't told her parents about her pregnancy yet. And after moving back home, Morgan has found a new boyfriend, Damien Palmer (Marques Houston) , who happens to be a black guy. Morgan is unsure of how her father will handle the news of his daughter dating a black man. And to add to the hectic family, Mitch's younger sister, Laurie (Paula Marshall) lives down the block from her brother and his family, Laurie is desperately trying to put her life back to together, after she spent the past five years dating a married man-who claimed he was going to leave his wife for her, yet that never happened. Plus, Laurie works with Janet at the travel agency, and happens to be Janet's best friend.
