- "Pilot (1)." With Joe back from Vienna, he is stunned to find that Brian has fallen in love with the idea of running an airline on his own--- and he's not going to the Caribbean after all.
- "Pilot (2)."- Brian, feeling that he single-handedly saved Sandpiper from financial disaster, refuses to hand the reigns back over to Joe. It's Helen in the end who saves the day by discovering the picture that the boys looked at in the first episode of WINGS of the boys and Helen having fun at the lake together. Brian pops the balloon of his pomposity, and Joe insists that Brian be his partner.
- "Stuck In The Middle With You."- An elevator comes to a halt in between floors, trapping Brian, Helen, Joe, and Casey, on their way up to a friend's apartment for a party. The gang wastes time while waiting to be rescued by reminiscing about the good times they've had together.
- "Defense."- When street toughs corner him on his way home from a late-night party, on-foot Brian is forced to defend himself by fighting off the punks. When all is said and done and Brian escapes miraculously uninjured, he suddenly loses the spontenaity and laughter he normally possesses in obsessive amounts.
- "Coming Out Of The House Party."- Joe and Helen finally get Brian back on his feet and out of the house, but he's still not ready to walk the streets alone: until he discovers that the punks have gotten their justice by being sent to jail for 12 years.
- "Crossing Over."- Frasier Crane must deliver a seminar in Nantucket once again, this time in Fay's community council hall. When news of Frasier's arrival reaches Fay she immediately tells the gang and Helen once again vows to make Frasier pay for the ripoff advice, or lack there-of he's given to her in the past.

- "Turkey Day."- Joe has big plans for his and Helen's Thanksgiving feast. That is until he finds out that the terminal has been looted and the plane is wrecked.
- "Damages."- Joe finds out the hard way that his plane is damaged beyond repair: He must buy a new one. Unfortunately he doesn't have enough money saved up to buy a brand new plane. So he turns to an unlikely person for help: Roy.
- "Fay's Departure."- Fay suddenly decides to leave Sandpiper just when Joe needs her support the most due to a spat she had with co-owner Brian.
- "Resolution."- Negotiations with Roy begin; he will sell one of his planes to Joe for a reasonable price if Joe promises to be his slave for a month helping around the house. Joe reluctantly agrees to the terms.
- "Santa Claus Show."- Joe celebrates Christmas with Helen, Brian, Casey, and even Roy on Joe's newly purchased plane. But things just aren't the same without Fay during the holidays. Antonio picks up an unexpected fare on Christmas Eve: a bearded old man who's in a hurry claiming to have alot of houses to visit before sun-up. Just as the holiday spirit for the gang is diminishing, Fay makes a surprise return, begging for forgiveness for not putting her faith in Joe and hoping to be able to join in the holiday festivities.
- "Regrets."- Brian's night-out-on-the-town with the boys turns into a night of regrets, especially when an anything-but-sober Brian returns home to face Casey.
- "The Urinal."- Joe is accused of staring at a man at an adjoining urinal in a bathroom, and charges are nearly pressed against Joe: until Helen comes to Joe's rescue just to prove that he's not interested in the man, embarassing him in the process.
- "Like Father, Unlike Son."- Memories, both good and bad, come to surface as Joe unearths an ancient trunk from the attic.
- "The Prodigee."- Helen teaches music theory to a class of high-schoolers just trying to fulfill their art requirements, but one particular student is really into the class: and in the process becomes a great musician.
- "Music to Nobody's Ears."- Helen's persistent attempts to make it to the bigtime really start to irritate the gang who just want peace and quiet in the airport.
- "The Dentist."- Riddled with novacaine, delusional Joe envisions a world where Sandpiper was run completely by incompetent Brian.
- "Rumors."- Rumors emerge that Roy and Fay have been dating, causing the gang to wonder whether or not they could be a couple.
- "Jailhouse Rock."- Roy's son is fingered an accomplice to a burglary. Coming to his defense is none other than dear old dad himself.
- "Put Your Head On My Shoulders."- Fay befriends an old man on his death bed, who reveals to her all of his hopes, fears, and dreams--- inspiring all of the Sandpiper community.
and 22- "Judgment Day."- Joe's overbearing opinionated aunt infuriates Helen by calling her a southern Hussie who's not good enough for her standards. This causes Helen to tell Joe to either tell Aunt Silvia off or she's out of Joe's life for good--- Joe, not appreciative of Helen's furiousity sides with his aunt, and Helen packs up her bags and leaves.
