As always, Carrie looks beautiful...and her promoting Hershey's Chocolate?! Couldn't get any sweeter than that! Oh yeah, I have a Hershey's shirt that almost looks like the one she's wearing. :p

There's a filesize limit of 25 KB in addition to the 150x150 dimension restrictions. The original image was ~66KB. Hence, it didn't work.
