Law Apologizes to Fiancee for Affair

LONDON -- Jude Law publicly apologized to his fiancee, actress Sienna Miller, expressing his "sincere regret" over an affair with one of his children's nanny.
"Following the reports in today's papers, I just want to say I am deeply ashamed and upset that I've hurt Sienna and the people most close to us," the 32-year-old actor said in a statement Monday to the British Press Association.
"I want to publicly apologize to Sienna and our respective families for the pain that I have caused," said Law, star of "Alfie" and "The Talented Mr. Ripley" films.
The publicity firm that represents Miller told The Associated Press the 23-year-old actress had no comment on Law's statement.
Miller was Law's co-star in the remake of "Alfie." The couple became engaged on Christmas Day 2004.
The nanny was identified as Daisy Wright, 26.
Law divorced fashion designer-actress Sadie Frost in October 2003 after a six-year marriage and three children.
The actor earned Oscar nominations for his roles in "The Talented Mr. Ripley" and "Cold Mountain." His screen credits also include "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow," "Closer" and "The Aviator," all released in 2004.
Another reason I don't like him, I can't stand men who cheat.

I never thought he was that attractive anyways, Ewan McGregor is practically the same but better looking and can act better

Really eh! Not marrying material, although I gotta admit, I wouldn't mind being a live-in nanny for a month or so! ;) :p

I hope Sienna dumps his cheating ass. He was a dog to his ex-wife too. Sienna is young and beautiful. Nothing against his children, but who wants a guy with three young kids anyway. It's a lifetime of aggravation. I know.

I heard so called "experts" talking about this yesterday. They said had it been one time, and he made amends it may take a while, but she might and probably safely could take him back - but with it being twice (that he's been caught) and the fact that the person was "so close" to the family that it more than likely won't or should happen.
She should cut her ties now before committing a lifetime.
Well, there goes another hollywood hunk to ratsh*t! First Brad, then Tom and now Jude. Crap - Angelina's looking better all the time..... :p
A few days ago the New York Daily News interviewed some women on the street about Jude's predicament, and I was surprised how many women said they would take him back - the main reason a few gave, and I am quoting now - "because he's Jude Law!"
This is great. That teacher chick in Tampa who had sex with her student beieves she's too pretty to go to jail, and Jude Law should be forgiven because he's hot.
