Scott Savol, the contestant who placed 5th in the past season of "American Idol" was arrested at a local Mini-Mart after he allegedly holding up and threatening amn angry midget.
"HE LITTERALLY PICKED ME UP AND THREW ME ACROSS THE STORE! MY BUTT STILL HURTS!" trhe midget named Harry Richards said.
Savol walked in at 1:00 PM to order a slurpee, the fight started when Savol wlakedi n and cut in line
"Excuse me , sir you can't do that", Richards was quoted as saying
Savol responded : "I'LL DO WHAT I WANT YOU LITTLE PUNK DEAL WITH IT!"
Richards : THAT'S NO WAY TO TREAT A MIDGET!
Savol : Oh Im sorry, are you one of the gremlins?
Richards : SHUT UP!
After Savol was told to shut up, he picked up Richards, threw him acorss the store and Richards suffered butt pains.
Savol was quoted as saying "The last time I wast his happy, I got in to the top 12 on American Idol"
Richards then said "You only got 5th place, you wife beating, midget throwing loser"
THis got Savol MAD, fire started going in his eyes, smoke fuming out of his nostrils, fire out of his ears "WHAT WAS THAT? HARRY RICHARDS?"
Richards got SCARED, they fought Savol said to Richards "You know, you're lucky to have your name because you are little bit bigger than a HAIRY DICK"
They fought more, the owner called the police, Savol asked Richards "What are you talkni about Willis?" Richards slapped him, but didnt ask for an autograph.
Police came 30 minutes later to arrest Savol.Savol was taken to court, then jail, where he became friends with OJ Simpson.
