Ok I just found out why I didn;t like the show. I read that it wasn;t a dating show it was a social experiment. So i guess I was expected a dating show when I turned it on and when that wasn;t the case, i lost interest.

I found it interesting only because the nerdy guys seemed to be teaching these stupid girls something. I mean they had a competition that sent them back to the 5th grade, and these girls knew nothing! That's so sad. The guys are not that bad, there was only one that I thought was way over the top in nerdiness.

I figured it would be. It was a choice between that and that stupid dance thing so I went for the dance thing (which actually didn't turn out quite as bad as I thought it would). It killed an hour anyway.
Oh the crummy summer reruns and fill-ins are upon us folks. Time to get out and walk the dog more!

From the clips I saw for it, it was like they coached the girls to act particularly stupid, feeding the stereotype of pretty dumb blondes or something. I mean - Columbus in 1992?? That's pushing the limit of stupidity - nobody could seriously believe that.

LMAO! Actually she thought it was 1892. If these chicks are that dumb, I feel bad for them.

Oh - o.k. - I knew she was a few hundred years off!!
Although I've seen those segments Leno and Letterman have done where they stop people on the street and ask they everyday questions that people should easily know the answer to, but some of the responses boogle the mind on how dense people are! It's scary to think we've got so many bozos walking the streets these days! :happyface

I know! One of the questions was something along the lines of "Who was President during the Civil War." The girl said, Hoover. I mean WTF? That question is too freaking easy.

I've even seen them ask who the CURRENT president is and they didn't know!!! I swear, I'm Canadian, but I know more than a lot of Americans do about their own country!!

I watched it but it wasn't that interesting. I just didn't care who won and there didn't seem to be much of a point.

I'm thinking the dumb thing would be a Paris Hilton-Simple Life situation where there are coached on what to say and do.
