I wasn't thrilled with the too short interaction between Larry and his sister on TC, so I thought it would be interesting to write an episode concentrating on their relationship.

I love Season 4, I can't wait for 5 though.
Oh and could somebody please explain to me why they have to repeat Inside TV Land at 2am? It's bad enough TC isn't gonna be on at 11, but to take 2am away from us too? :faint:

But, yea, I can't wait for Season 5 either :) I am too addicted to these dvds.

Grr..you're so lucky! I'm still not asking my parents to have some person all the way in California send me tapes. If I told them that I would never to get on this board again. :(
I'm hoping it will!
Um.."Hero At Large", "Unnatural Causes", and "Real Men". Maybe a few more in the future ;)

Ooo, I'm getting "Hero at Large" too....and "They all Laughed"( a pretty rare black and white John movie). She's also throwing on some bonus clips of stuff(t.v. appearances and the like).

I saw Problem Child 2 over the weekend, Oh my god, that was funny. I loved John in that more than PC 1.
I just got a couple Love Boat episodes with Richard Kline. I need one more of his LB episodes, a bunch of It's A Living episodes he was in and a St. Elsewhere episode.

That sucks, he was great on it, They should've had him on more than nine episodes, 1985-89 were my favorite years of that show. He was Jan's 2nd husband. I loved the other charactes on that show. Sonny was hysterical.

Now for the collecting stuff topic. I know how hard it is to get everything Chelsea. It literally took me forever to get the ETHS thing on tape. It was kind of pathetic of how long it took lol And it's so hard trying to find Priscilla stuff. My goal is to own at least 3/4 of her filmography but I doubt that's gonna happen. I have TONS of really rare things, but I’d say I'm barely getting to half way

I'm the same way with Vicki Lawrence (biiiiiiiiiiiiig fan of hers, she was on The Carol Burnett Show and Mama on Mama's Family, just in case somebody in here isn't familiar with her). I have a lot of really rare stuff on tape, and I'm only about 1/4 way finished with mine. Doesn't help that she has a career spanning to 1967, so I know I'll never get all of her stuff on tape.
One of the rarest stuff I got was the very last episode ever of The Carol Burnett Show, which aired on March 28, 1978. You were lucky if you had a VCR in the 70's and TCBS will never have complete seasons on DVD, so I lucked out.

Understandable...like I said, many people aren't cool with the idea and I can't blame them these days. Have you ever tried getting a friend to use their mailbox for you? I mean, just one time can't be bad-- you could have someone on the board have a tape sent there and you could just pick it up from school or something....they'd never even know you had it. I know a girl I chat with that did that and has been pretty successful(and her parents are SUPER strict). They never even found out she had the stuff.

Vicki is like my #1 fave actress EVER. Got to meet her in person twice...Her beauty just blows you away. :faint: All you can do is stand there and stare in awe at her beauty. She's 56 now and she STILL looks great for her age. My mom was with me the 2nd time I met Vicki, and she leaned over and said, "Wow, she's very pretty," and all I could do was nod because I was staring at Vicki.

I just had a thought....since TC isn't on tonight(grrr), do you think the character of "Jack Tripper" will be featured on TVland Inside: Tickled Pink ??
He was supposed to be playing a gay man for the landlords...so I thought he might be mentioned. It's a long shot but I'm bored...so I'll have to watch it to find out ;)

He should be because even though he wasn't playing a gay man that was one of the first shows to even mention gay people. I think Billy Crystal of Soap may have been the first gay cast regular. Soap premiered the same year as Three's Company. .

I don't know if I could do that. My friends parents would probably tell my parents that I was getting tapes and stuff, and then I'l be ruined. I'd rather wait until I'm a little older so they can trust me instead of them not being able to trust me now.

I had a weird TC one last month. I still remember it. It took place in an operating room. Larry was on the table and they were giving him Ether, using
one of those big creepy black masks. I don't know what the surgery was.
The weird thing was, I was there watching him and nobody made me leave.
like maybe they didn't see me or something.

That sounds really cool though. I don't think any dreams really make sense.
I had one where I lived in Kansas or Nebraska and the cast of Soap came to visit me for my birthday and there was a tornado warning. Eunice didn't believe me until I turned on the stereo and another warning came on.
I woke up as everyone was going down to the cellar.

ya that's weird. ok this one is really weird, but I'll tell it anyway. For some reason I dreamt that I had my birthday party at McDonalds and we got to play on those tubes that you can climb on. Although, when I had this dream I was way to old to even fit inside them lol. Anyway, all my friends were there, but when we started climbing, I noticed that Priscilla was there too. She was also climbing through the tubes, but i never got close enough to talk to her. Every time I would catch up to her she'd either disappear or go through a different tube. It was very weird

I still remember a John Ritter dream I had. It was back in September 2003, a few days to a week after he'd passed away. For some reason, I was in the apartment on TC. I was doing something, then I heard a knock at the door. I went to answer it and John was at the door. He said, "Me and TZ are going to save you!" and that was the end of my dream.

We put it on tape one summer. It was so funny. We didn't know Larry's last name back then so one of my friends was Larry Schwarzenegger. We were  about that one for what seemed like hours. I think it was the sugar from the candy we just bought, kicking in.

wow I wasn't even alive when it was airing at all. I was born in 1989. So that was a while after it stopped lol
I was so into the show. I even remember the day the last episode aired. It was supposed to air in May and they postponed it until September so more people would tune into Three's A Crowd. I watched Three's A Crowd too. It wasn't as good as Three's Company but it was still better then a lot of whats on today. I also used to watch other shows when the cast guest starred on them. I was a big fan.

My mom was in her 20's and she got married in the summer of 1977, between TC's 1st/2nd seasons. She says she vividly remembers TC when it was originally on.
I was born in 1985, the year after TC ended. :crying:
I think I discovered TC sometime in the mid-90's. I don't remember anymore. I just know I've been watching TC for about a decade now. I'm so glad I found TC :biglove:

The last episode was really hard for me to watch. I watched a little of Three's a Crowd, but, I didn't like it. It wasn't the same without the others.
It's like if Welcome Back Kotter spun Beau or Horshack into their own series, without the others.

Ugh, man this sucks so bad. Oh well, at least I have an air conditioner in my room, or I'll go crazy! Hm..maybe you and me should go on an stranded island together. Maybe then someone will save us. If not..we can make our own little friend out of a volleyball and call him Wilson! (Haha..Cast Away..if you ever saw it)

I got an AC in my room too, I know what you mean, I'd never get to sleep if I didn't.
