Why in the hell would be be engaged to Susan and really didn;t want her? It was clear in the episode when he wanted to have coffee with Marissa Torme that he wasn;t happy with being with Susan. Even when she died he didn;t seem to be that affected by it and was back on the hunt for another woman. So why the hell was he with susan in the first place?-LOL You can tell he wasn;t attracted to her. Kramer never did anything that stupid fom what I can see so far, or did he?-lol

George got suckered into getting engaged. After a talk with Jerry, he felt he needed to be a grown up and do something with his life. Soon after, he realized he made a bad mistake, but didn't have the guts to call it off.
