My favorite is Back to the Future Part 3.

gotta go for pt. 1, but I liked pt. 3 also. pt. 2 had it's moments but there was too much Biff IMO

The first one, although I also enjoy the second one. The third one sucked.

All 3 are great IMO, but I'll have to go with the original.

I like all 3 but the first one is a classic.

I like all three too, but The First and Last are my favorites. I watch those two over and over again. The second one IMO wasn't that great. That is my least favorite one.

None of them are complete alone. They each need to be viewed in order. They are all one film.

(I just had to reply to this thread :D )

I'm gonna say the first, but the second one is really clever, the way Marty watches himself play Johnny Be Goode on stage. :)

I like the first one better. It's just the classic one. In the second one, there was just too much traveling back and forth - it kind of made my head spin. But I liked how they tried to guess how the future would be.

As for the third one, I didn't like the western theme.

I like Back to the Future and Back to the Future Part 3. Part 2 jumped around to much. I like Back to the Future 1 because it had a good '80s feel to the film and I liked the western theme for Back to the Future Part 3.

I am surprised a lot of people hate pt. 3

Now, I thought pt. 3 sucked when I saw it in the theater, but... I was 10 years old. Now that I'm 25, I can watch pt. 3 and enjoy it. It is just a slower-paced film than 1 and 2. But if anything, watching them today, I think pt. 2 was TOO fast paced, so pt. 3 narrows it out. Pt. 1 I'd give a 9.5 out of 10, pt. 3 I'd give a 7.5, pt. 2 I'd give a 4.

Pt. 2 had it's moments but I just don't think it was as exciting as the first one, or had as interesting a story to tell as the third did. Biff got almost as much screen time as Marty did in pt. 2, and it was just too much of the character.

I know. I like all three of them really I do, but pt.1 and 3 are the best.

You shouldn't add all of the "Back to the Future" movies.
