"My Changing Ways"

Sort of a bleh season finale. Season 1 had the Jordan shocker, Season 2 had a decent end w/Cox punching Kelso, and Season 3 had the sitcom-staple season-finale wedding (albeit w/a twist).

The idea of Eliot leaving didn't really have enough exposure to make much of an impact (no tearful goodbyes, but the JD/Turk goodbye was alright). I suppose the reality of it will kick in at the Season 4 premiere. If Eliot was leaving the cast for good, they did a horrible job of sending her off. If Eliot is still part of the cast, but they just have her working at another hospital, that will be kinda weird, but interesting if pulled off well.

So much for Turk/Carla getting divorced since apparently they're going to have a baby.

Overall It was pretty decent, not the best Season Finale (Season 1 and Season 3 were much better) There a few parts here and there I didn't really like....Dr. Cox's rant near the beginning wasn't funny at all. But I guess It was alright...

It was really one of those rants that took forever to get to the point. Such a big turn from the super vain Cox from "My Drive-by" with the looking at his own reflections and the jump-rope exit. That's awesome Dr. Cox.
