Clearing my name on the TV Land Boards

I wanted to state for the record that I've never made any posts on the TV Land Boards. I never asked anyone to make any posts on the TV Land Boards. I have ZERO connection to any of the trolls that have posted on there. I am in a defenseless postion when somebody poses as me, and I'm not able to do anything about it.

Unfortunately, there is an ex-member by the name of the duluthduke who has an axe (excuse me ax.. hello to all my fans out there who have nothing better to do then to post morning, noon, and night..) to grind with me. If you recall, he was banned here several months ago for posting on multiple aliases (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?t=129746). He was caught in a web of lies where he was posing as teens to interact with other teens. Whether that was innocent or not, that's not for me to decide. I made the decision to ban his usernames and ip address here. In the ensuing months, he has sent me numerous harassing emails, private messages, and posts - some of which I forwarded on to TVLTheLink.

I was the bigger man. I ignored all his harassment. The only way he could seek "revenge" was to try and smear my name and site name over there.

duluthduke - Mr. James A. Baumhofer.. if you are indeed the one making those posts, then please stop it.. Viacom will be seeking legal action against you, not me when they track down your ip addresses and trace the posts to you. I've done nothing wrong. If the other individual(s) are reading this - then please stop it also. Move on and don't take it any further.

I've asked TVTheLink to delete any posts that reference my name or this site. I thank him for his continued cooperation.

Oh Geez! Sorry to hear about all the problems you've been having. I for one have only visited the TVLand boards a couple of times so I have no idea what's going on over there. Don't those people have anything better to do?

Yes - I spotted a thread by a "Larrysdad" yesterday and reported it right away as I could tell the statements he was making were untrue and possibly libelous.

It was obviously the ramblings of someone who is small minded and bitter about being banned from the SO boards. We don't need jerks like that here.

Glad some action was taken quickly on it.

duluthduke has a history of posting fake names at the TV Land boards, so it shouldn't be surprising he did the same thing here. Even all his emails to me were sent from fake e-mail addresses yet he had the same ip he posted on here listed. He is able to get away with it elsewhere, but he was caught red handed here.

duluthduke, all you've got to do is apologize and move on. Stop posing as me and smearing my name on the TV Land boards and I will delete all these posts referring to this.

I saw that yesterday on the TV LAND boards. Someone was complaining that Todd Fuller is harrasing everyone-LOL I knew that wasn't true at all. The guy uses the name-"fullofTodd" So i knew something was up. But I didn;t like what the Host of the TV Land Board had to say about Todd,-"saying something like I can care less about Todd and his Site" I felt some type of way about that.

Has TVLTheLink ever posted here a few times to give TV land information for us? I'm just curious. I know Pavanbadal posted on the TV land boards a few times, but I haven't seen TJ post over there to my knowledge. :)

You can say that again! All they look like are jealous babies that are so threatened by TJ that they feel the need to try to shut down his website. It's just not going to happen.

And there is NO way TJ would make racial slurs let alone some of the other things you've accused him of and that's another indication that you're lying through your teeth.

Sounds like he does. The problem we have today is most of these whackos would be locked up in mental institutions (in good old days). Now they are out and about...and if they skip their meds (if they're even on them), well, they can and do get scary.

Their behavior seems weird to us, but perfectly normal to them.
