Alright I don't know if I should say hate, but I wasn't exactly crazy about The English Patient. A few people I know thought it was one of the best movies they'd ever seen.

Lost in Translation. I had such high hopes for the movie and a lot of people said it was really good. That film was most disappointing.

Ditto for Ocean's 11. I thought it was awful

Titanic is the biggest for me

To me Titanic was extremely distressing. Everyone loved it and said how great it was, but I hated it. I couldn't help it, but I kept telling myself through the whole movie "This happened, this really happened!". It was horrible. People just using a horrible tragedy to get big$$.

My Big Fat Greek Wedding- thought it was way too cheezy and not my kind of humor.

The Incredibles- I didn't really hate it but I thought it was very very boring and not funny.

The Lord Of The Ring movies... I started watching it with my friend because she said 'It's the best! You'll love it!' I only watched 15 minutes of it... it was SO boring! What's all the hype about?

definately The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I have a friend who has seen it over 600 times. WHAT IS THE FASCINATION WITH THIS MOVIE? It's not all that.

If I want to watch a movie about a cross-dresser, I'd spring for The Crying Game, Tootsie or The Adventures of Priscilla: Queen Of The Desert, before this overrated junk.

LOTR would be alright if they condensed all three movies down to maybe 2 1/2 hours. The first one was alright, but I tried watching Two Towers twice, and never got past an hour.

Lost in Translation- awful! Had big expectations too, considering how hyped up this movie was- but I just didn't see what all the fuss was- boring, and tedious.

I don't think there are any movies I hate, but there are quite a few popular ones that I wouldn't want to see again. A partial list:

The Wizard of Oz
Most of the Star Wars series -- I sort of liked the first two (IV and V).
Gone with the Wind
Citizen Kane -- Innovative, but still the most overrated film ever.
Anything with Matrix in the title

I wasn't exactly crazy about The English Patient either. I found it to be more then just a little dull.

One movie that most people love that I have never been able to really get into is Braveheart. I think this movie is way overrated. I also never really got into the Scream films either. I think they spent more time on trying to make "Hip" slasher movies then simply trying to make them scary. I expected much more from Wes Craven.
