A couple of memorable characters from teen movies that come to mind is pretty much the entire cast of The Breakfast Club, Stacy, Jeff and Mr. Hand from Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Ferris Bueller from Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Veronica from Heathers. And if you want to consider The Virgin Suicides a teen movie I have to say that Lux is a very memorable character brilliantly played by Kirsten Dunst.
