I know he won't win, but other contestants, that don't deserve to get kicked off, are getting the boot when he should be getting the boot.

1. He was upfront about it
2. The only reason most people want him out because of this is because we dont like him. Lets be honest, if it were Carrie everyone would be playing a different tune

I agree. The reason Corey Clark and Frenchie Davis were kicked off was because they didn't say anything about their arrests. Scott was honest with the producers and he probably knew that if he didn't tell them they would find out anyway one way or the other.

Yes, I think he should be kicked off. He cant sing, he doesnt really have that great of a personality either. What kind of Idol would that be if he hit someone? Not a very good idol... lol. ERGH! I was so certain that he was going home on wednesday.
