I was on the floor watching this tonight-LOL-OMG Jerry was trying to figure who spit on Kramer and Newman outside the baseball game and compared it to the JFK Shooting. Damm this is a Wild show.
Jerry's statement to Elaine-"There had to be another spitter"-LOL

Arguably the funniest scene they ever did on that show.

Arguably the funniest scene they ever did on that show.
My second favorite.... to George storming out of the bathroom with his pants at his ankles shouting "Vandelay Industries!! Say Vandelay!"

Here's a great bit:
In Oliver Stone's JFK (1991), actor Wayne Knight (Newman) plays character "Numa Bertel."
During the scene parodied on Seinfeld and in the JFK film, "Numa" and "Newman" play the exact SAME positon with a bunch of the SAME lines.
That's awesome.
JERRY" (does his big spiel).......................That is one magic loogie.
NEWMAN: Well that's the way it happened.
JERRY: What happened to your head when you got hit?
ETC..............
Again, nice little twist... makes think you're getting an "insider" laugh and that they don't take the show too serious.

& yes barwars, the "SAY VANDELAY INDUSTRIES, SAY VANDELAY!" scene is way CLAAAAASIC George
For me, the JFK bit was the turning point for the show.
Seinfeld showed with this scene that they were definately on to something, and the show just kept getting funnier after that.

Mrs. Sokol's daughter was a riot.
