Go to Internet Options, that'll get rid of the history/cookies, at least. :)
Also do Disk Cleanup. (Start>>Progs>>Accessories>>Sys tools>>Disk cleanup)
And what are you hiding? :p

OK, so you want to delete all of that porn?
I know, it wasn't your fault, it was Google's..... :p
Anyway, there is NO complete failsafe method other than to wipe and zero out the hard drive. However, you can make it much more difficult, and here's how.....
Mozilla Firefox
Tools>Options
Click the "Privacy" icon on the left.
Click "Clear All".
Click OK.
MS Internet Explorer
Start>Settings>Control Panel
(or Start>Control Panel if you are using the toy look on XP/2003)
Double-Click Internet Options.
Click "Delete Cookies" and click OK.
Click "Delete Files" and select the box next to "Delete all offline Content".
Click OK.
Click "Clear History" and choose Yes.
Click the "Content" tab at the top.
Click "AutoComplete".
Click "Clear Forms" and choose Yes.
Click "Clear Passwords" and choos Yes.
At the bottom of the window, Click Apply>OK.
Be aware that if you have been surfing Porn sites, you likely have some type of Adware/spyware on your computer system, especially if you are surfing with IE pre SP-2. You will want to do a full system scan with a program like Ad-Aware or SpyBot, or the new Microsoft AntiSpyware.

No problem. :)
It won't be a problem if you know the passwords to any sites/memberships you've signed up for. Generally, it's just a good idea to wipe everything once in a while, especially if you are trying to remove all traces of history, ect. At least clear the forms..... :p
