"Cheers"/Sam says "Sorry. We're closed." However, I remember that the last line was Sam's "I'm the luckiest (s.o.b.) in the world."
"The Golden Girls"/Dorotyh's "You will always be my sisters.(pause)Always."
"Happy Days"/Howard's "To happy days."
"The MTM Show"/I do believe that it was the "And thank you for being (a) part of mine." line from Mary's "family" speech.
"Newhart"/I can't remember.
"The Bob Newhart Show."/same here.
"M+A+S+H"/Hawkeye's "What?!"
"Friends"/Chandler: "Sure. Where?"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bartender (to Dorothy): "Dorothy what's your pleasure?" Dorothy: "Claude Akins on a waterbed." (laughter from all present.) "Until then a beer'll have to do."

Then obviously they weren't that memorable. :p

I agree on Cheers. I also liked how Seinfeld ended exactly how it began.

Frasier: "Wish me luck."
Mama's Family: "Well baby Thelma you better get used to the yelling because you are a Harper now!" (or something like that)

Murphy Brown, ending with almost the exact same final scene that was in the Pilot:

He says the SOB line to himself before claiming "Sorry, we're closed."
