My mom and I were both taking classes at our local community college, and there's a particular girl in both one of mine and one of my mom's. We both ended up dropping our classes (long reasons, I won't get into them) before I could even get to know the girl. My mom was able to find out where she works...(Simon Bennet Robin Oppenheim and Taft!) Only it was a coffee shop at a local mall I had to remember. ;)
So I go there, find out when she comes in, and go again later durring her shift. We chatted briefly, then I scored her phone number! Woo hoo!
There's a Seinfeld situation apporpriate for just about anything it seems! :D

Congrats Dutabi. You know every good relationship needs a good 'first meeting' story, which you clearly have here, so you may be onto something serious here. Good luck. The original Morty would be proud.

I don't condone stakeouts in my administration, but I'm glad it all worked out with you getting the digits.

Now if we could just revert to "The Pilot"....
SHE'S ENGAGED. What the hell? I'll never understand women.

If she's engaged, why does she give you her number? The hell?

What a plot twist, that does have "The pilot" written all over it.
Then again Dutabi, maybe this is along the lines of "The Soup" where George's waitress girlfriend called an audible, claiming she had a boyfriend to get out of a bad date with George. As you said above there is a SeinSituation appropriate for just about anything, especially relationship related.
