Do you rememeber your first drive-ends?

Do you rememeber Drive-ends? I kind of do,but it has been so long ago the first one that I went to was in 1976 in St .Louise,mo.I''m41 now.I think Bats was playing and I had my first beer I wa 13 at the time and I was with my cosins, We were sitting on top of car ,it was a hot summers night in St.Louise Fond Memories.

When I was a lot younger; I would go to see a drive in movie with my father pretty often and it was close to our house. We would bring our own drinks and snacks so we would save money on that at least.

We would watch both movies and come home around 1 am approximately.
After awhile; we didn't go anymore. I can't remember the last time that I've been to one; that's how long it has been.

I've never went with my current boyfriend but hope to one of these days.
We will probably go where we've seen the movies already so you know what
we will be doing **wink wink**.

i loved going to the drive in when i was younger one good movie followed by a lousy second one stale popcorn and melted candy the worst tasting pizza on earth pops and buzzes from the speaker system and best of all just when the best part or only good part of the second movie comes up the loud blaring voice on the speaker telling you that the snack bar will close in 5 miniutes all in all one of the best memories of my childhood my family and i used to go almost every weekend i still remember seeing the bad news bears and somkey and the bandit at the drive in
