Thanks I just quit cold turkey, it has been hard, because I still crave a cig once in a while, but since I have up this horrible habit, my hair and skin look a lot better and of course my teeth are whiter (So I am glad that I quit) :D

My nephew's wife is pregnant with their first child. She's due in about three weeks. She had a health scare today and ended up in the hospital. After a day of tests and monitoring, they determined she and the baby are okay.
When my nephew called and told me there might be a problem, I almost fainted.

I'm a certified Open Water Scuba Diver and I don't get to dive very often. My mom asked me if I would go with her to Austin in a few weeks (she doesn't like to drive by herself on long trips) for a meeting she has to go to for bout 4 days. So I figure if the weather is good and my sinus' are clear by then I'll rent me a couple of cylinders and go diving while I'm up there. :dance:

Austin City Limits, which is apparently some live music show on PBS that has been around for years, has been showing a reunion concert for the Pixies all this week and I finally caught it! (recorded it too)

They opened and closed with two of my fav songs of theirs: "Here Comes Your Man" and "Gigantic", and played most of the other classics including the one that weezer covered, "Velouria".

As for me...Nothing too particularly exciting so far. However, the school paper I work for is planning to go online soon and people will be able to read the school paper via my school's website. I'm in charge of making the website for it, and today I had to export the whole issue to PDF format. It's really time-consuming, but I got it done and it exported beautifully!

I'm really excited about getting the school paper online. I'm the one behind it all. That feels so good when I think about it. :D

No it wasn't just you. You know how you usually feel confident that you got an answer right? I didn't feel that for any of the problems on the science part at all. The math was alright, but I know I'm not going to do good. I usually do good on the language arts though, so hopefully tomorrow won't be bad.
Oh and here is why I feel good: I got an O (outstanding) on my progress report for Spanish! I'm really happy because our teacher hardly ever gives out O's so yeah.
