Divorced Housemates is about a once-married, now-divorced couple who are still living together even after their divorce in final. The newly-divorced couple is Rob and Sarah Collins (Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus). Rob and Sarah first got married in 1987. They have two kids: Jenna (Daniella Monet), 15, and Aaron (Griffen Frazen), 14. They got divorced several months ago. Rob and Sarah still remain friends even after their divorce. Rob and Sarah's best friends and neighbors: Mike and Kate Reynolds (Jason Alexander, Kathy Najimy). Mike and Kate's daughter, Erica (Brie Larsen), 15, is best friends with Jenna Collins. Sarah and Kate were friends in high school. Mike and Rob are investment brokers. Sarah is a dental hygenist. Kate is a 3rd grade teacher. Mike and Rob's boss, Allen Fredrickson (Michael Richards) is a friend to the guys as well.

Episodes:

Ep1: Pilot Episode:
Rob and Sarah learn their divorce is finalized. Rob and Sarah take Mike, Kate, and Allen out for drinks to celebrate the news. Jenna and Aaron find it weird to have their divorced parent still living together.

Ep2: Ruined By The Ex:
Allen invites Rob and Mike over to watch the football games, but their plans are ruined by the sudden surprise visit from Allen's needy-and-greedy ex-wife, Cheryl (Christine Baranski). Cheryl tries to take Allen to court again, as she claims half his business is hers too. Kate and Sarah go to the spa with their teenage daughters.

Ep3: High School Blues:
Jenna and Erica compete for the same sophomore boy. Seeing their daughters fighting over one boy, reminds Sarah and Kate of themselves when they were in high school-when she fought for Bobby Henderson. The reminicising brings back old feelings-who Bobby liked more back then. Jenna and Erica soon realize one boy is not worth ending a good friendship.

Ep4: Dude, Where's My Raise?:
Rob and Mike never received their annual raise in pay by Allen, they fear asking him for another raise will cause conflict at work and in the friendship with him. Kate is not looking forward to parent-teacher conferences at the elementary school, after a conflict last year where a parent and her got into a heated agruement, and lots of other parents came to the parent's defense.

Ep5: High School Reunion:
Kate and Sarah's high school reunion is nearing. Sarah ends up begging Rob to pretend to be her husband and attend her high school reunion with her, Kate, and Mike. Rob agrees and goes with Sarah, Kate, and Mike. Aaron realizes he has feelings for Erica.

Ep6: Aaron Tells Erica:
Aaron tells Erica how he feels about her. Erica is unsure of her feelings towards him, so she talks to Jenna about it. Jenna is upset and dead-against having her brother dating her best friend. Sarah and Rob compete with Mike and Kate in a "how well do you know your spouse" game. The two couples both agree to call a truce, after some choice words are said.

Ep7: Allen and Cheryl:
Allen and Cheryl have a one-night fling with each other, after getting into a heated agrument that ends up turning on them both even more. Rob, Mike, Kate, and Sarah learn about Allen and Cheryl's fling, and they want to know more information: like are they or aren't they getting back together. Allen tells them they are not getting back together, it was just a fling. Jenna ends up letting Erica go out on a date with Aaron.
