MSNBC has an ongoing feature called the "It list," that ranks celebrities by popularity. Right now, Teri is in first place
You can vote to keep her there, and view the poll results at:

What you're actually voting for is the ranking order. If you leave Teri at the top, then re-arrange the people under her (or leave them in same order) then choose one of the nominees for next weeks poll, *and* then press "vote," you'll have voted for Teri as top celebrity.
