Does this family really love each other?

I think the Bluths love each other, but they enjoy screwing and double crossing each other. Lucille, George Sr. GOB and Lindsey are more or less grifters. Tobias is a dumbass and the kids (George michael and Maeby are really the honest people on the show).

I think the family does love each other. There are moments in some of the episodes, when they sort of look at each other, put their arms around each other at times; it shows that underneath all of that arguing and manipulating, they really care about each other. I loved the moment in the last episode of Season One, "Let Them Eat Cake", when the doctor told them they'd lost George Sr. and they thought he was dead. That was a real close family moment between all of the members - and then I loved it when they went in to see him and found the bed was empty - and then Ron Howard says, "And that was when they realised that George Sr. wasn't dead..."
