It used to be on TNT. I recorded an episode or two from season 1 that I hadn't seen or remembered watching (I wasn't really a fan til season 2 - the infamous first date and the H.G. wells episodes) but they stopped showing the show. They must have lost the rights as well.
Just be patient and the dvds will be out before you can say "Clark Kent is Superman. DU-UH"

Yeah TNT/TBS are owned by the same company, so both networks could air the show when they had the rights :)
I'm waiting impatiently for the DVDs ;)
