I've seen worse.
But there's one single, solitary, problem.
Where the heck is Wings

Would it KILL them to, I don't know, kill one of the two 5-6 AM episodes of Full House for Wings? Something??

I'll check out Murphy Brown just to see what it's like. I glad about the double dose of WTB? because I still need to complete my collection. it really hasn't changed and isn't exciting.

But then the world would come to an end!!!!

Gag.

Anyway, Pav, are they prepping Wings to go to TVL? I wondered since they included it in their Merrython.

In primetime, the double takes are not really there. From 9pm-1am, only 2 double takes (Full House at 9 and Fresh Prince at 12).

Wings alreadys airs on TV Land Friday evenings, and will continue in January. Nick@Nite will remove Wings not until late January. So, what TV Land does with Wings in February is still unknown, but I doubt it will air weekdays.

Isn't The Cosby Show also coming to DVD?

I personally think N@N needs to clear its schedule of most of the double takes and fill them with classic shows that aren't even on TV anymore, not even on TV Land. So many of their shows are either on or coming to DVD anyway.

Maybe the networks don't pay much attention to DVD releases. Which wouldn't be too smart, but who knows.

I don't care for either the line-up or the addition of Murphy Brown. The only shows worth watching on the upcoming N@N schedule are Full House and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, IMO.

START THE NEW YEAR OFF FAMOUSLY

Nick at Nite to Ring in the New Year with "Nick at Nite's Famous Firsts"

Santa Monica, CA, Dec. 27, 2004 – Nick at Nite kicks off the first night of the New Year with two hours of hilarious comedy featuring the network’s most popular TV characters experiencing unforgettable first moments. On Saturday, January 1 from 10:00p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (all times ET/PT), viewers can tune in to episodes of Full House, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Roseanne and Who's the Boss to witness Danny Tanner’s first job as a talk show host, the antics of Will on his first day at Bel Air Prep and all the fuss Roseanne creates when Darlene attends her first school dance.

The following is the schedule for “Nick at Nite's Famous Firsts”:

10:00pm Full House #24 – Tanner vs. Gibbler

Danny gets a new job as the host of a morning talk show and a new partner in co-host Rebecca Donaldson; meanwhile, D.J.'s birthday party for her friend Kimmy ends up in a feud when D.J. won't allow beer-drinking at the party.

10:30pm The Fresh Prince of Bel Air #14 – Day Damn One

Will gets into trouble during his very first day at Bel Air Prep School.

11:00pm Roseanne #70 – Dances with Darlene

Much to Darlene's chagrin, the whole family fusses over her when she gets asked to her first school dance.

11:30pm Who’s the Boss? #53 – The Hickey

When Samantha returns from a party with a hickey on her neck, she considers it a romantic status symbol, while her dad regards it as an ominous portent of things to come.

Currently seen in more than 88 million U.S. homes, Nick at Nite is coming off its highest-rated and most-watched year in the history of the network. Founded in 1985, Nick at Nite is the home to hit sitcoms such as The Cosby Show; The Fresh Prince of Bel Air; Who’s The Boss?; Full House and Roseanne. While these modern sitcoms will always be the lifeline of the network, Nick at Nite Originals was created in 2003 to develop original programming that meets what the network refers to as the "Four F’s" criteria: programming that is Family-Friendly, Funny and Familiar. In June 2004, Nick at Nite Originals also debuted Fatherhood, a show based on Bill Cosby’s best-selling book of the same name. If all these shows are coming out on DVD, then they should keep the Roseanne double take on the way it was! I don't think they are ever gonna get Roseanne to dvd :( Oh, and I don't think Nick at Nite should show the older "classics" like a lot of people think they should, because that's for TV Land, and if TV Land doesn't have it well then too bad, they have a whole 24 hours per day to show what they want. Nick at Nite only has 3 decent hours, and they are dedicated to modern classics now.

I am really excited about MB coming to N@N, even though it's coming out on DVD. I wish it would have a better time-slot though....I wish they wouldn't get rid of that half-hour of Roseanne.

I'm glad MB is coming out on DVD too, but IMO Roseanne on N@N is now the new Cosby Show, as is Fresh Prince, I think they need to split up all the double takes.

I don't mind double takes, but double double takes need to go IMO. Especially since Roseanne is on 4 channels where I live as it is *can we say overkill* :(
